I hired him to put in a new bay window and to redo my bathroom. I gave him a deposit for the window and when it came time to start work he delayed in responding We hired Miracle method to redo the tiles and floor in the bathroom and it came out beautifully I purchased a vanity for the bathroom per Jim's measurements which was custom made He demanded weekly payments that i make to his account at the bank When putting in my window he had to replace beam that was rotted which was confirmed by the building expector He jackhammered my front steps and left them that way He never installed my vanity or sink in the bathroom The front window was not finished on the inside and he walked off the job the day my partner died Do not let him do anything without a written estimate for everything. Do not give him weekly payments nd definitely hold back money until the project is totally completed and inspected by the town He is unreliable and will overcharge if everything isn't in writing
