James Holland Constrution

FIVE STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! James Holland was recommended to us when we moved to Doylestown 4 years ago by a friend who had worked with him for a long time. The house we bought had a plethera of problems, unfortunately. He has handled projects large and small with skill and integrity. He is responsive, honest and fair. The only surprises have been how expeditiously and inexpensively the work was done.
We don't ordinarily write reviews, but knowing James and given his stellar reputation we just had to go on record. We honestly would not consider working with anyone else. He is a real gem and we would recommend him in the highest terms!!

I hired James Holland to finish some work in my master bathroom which started with a leak in the shower (Pan needed replaced). He gouged me in labor charges. He did not do anything right. Framed bathroom shower door instead of custom mirrors. Plumbing done wrong. (could not fix all his mistakes). Put shelves in facing wrong way, Cabinets parts fell off (toe kick) etc. etc. NOT QUALIFIED AT ALL!!!! Once he gets his foot in the door you can't get rid of him, he will bill you hourly and never want to leave!

I got over my error in judgment, then 2 months later A NEW BIGGER LEAK CAME RAINING DOWN IN MY DINING ROOM AGAIN! I called he wanted my new contractor to call him. he did not return calls. refused to provide insurance info. has ignored me for past three months or so. NO INTEGRITY OR CHARACTER. TOOK THE MONEY AND RAN. He does not feel any moral obligation to fix his negligence.
