This is exactly what happened to us and many many more issues , Absolutely horrible business etiquette, he often wanted actually pick verbal fights with you to try and prove himself right.We moved into our home Oct 12019 only to find numerous appliances not working, no hot water and a filthy dirty home that he charged us to clean. And come to find out that the exterior woodwork and trim were never painted etc . Do Not I repeat Do Not use this company for any reason.

No we would not refer him to anyone that is about to build. He built our home and we have nothing nice to say about his finish work. None of the stain matches, over 200 nail holes just on first floor never filled in, window frames don't fit tight to the wall, very sloppy work! If you decide to go to him, get your own contractors. We wanted to get our own, but he insisted on Loch Concrete (terrible work); Loritz Plumbing, (we had a backed up pipe in our basement 9 months later, called him, his reply was, "what do you want me to do, stick my arm up the pipe!!" WOW!! And the also left a 6" hold in our roof, we moved in the house in January and because I complained to Jim Kassner that I could smell fresh air in the bathroom he finally had one of his men go in the attic in September and found the hole!!! He had the roofers come early October to fix it!!! Never would we refer anyone to him!!!
For what we paid for our house, we expected much better!! Now we get to fill all the nail holes in the basement and garage! None done!! AND we didn't even start the baseboards upstairs, the over 200 were just the windows!!
SO BE SMART!!!!
