Stay away! James knows how to get your trust…and you money. I hired James to do plumbing in my entire house. At the end he randomly charged me 2K more than what we agreed on and told me that he is ‘not making any money on this job’ while charging $100 per hour. He left me without a tub spout, but instead provided instructions on what to buy at Lowe’s so that I can finish it myself. It just so happened he didn’t have the part and was running late to the next job. The leak that he ‘fixed’ on the main pipe under the house just caused us to loose 66000 gallons of water, and the drain in the kitchen literally fell below the house because it wasn’t secured properly. When I called him about the drain in the kitchen he told me he was very sick and had COVID. When I called a month later, he still had COVID. I told him to take care of himself and call me back when he feels better - I never heard back.
