Not pleased with the overall work completed. Had to call multiple times after work completed, including installation of a NEW sump pump that failed multiple times flooding the basement (within a week of installation) and there was no rush in their part to rectify the problem or show any remorse for failure to complete proper installation of the pump to begin with (btw…there was ZERO basement flooding prior to installation of the “new sump pump” by this company). That is only one of the issues, but it was the largest…as it caused additional damage to the home. We’ve now called other plumbers out to correct the plumbing that we’ve already paid over $16K to have completed.
We will never use this company going forward, nor will we recommend them to anyone else.
