I would most definitely highly recommend James Quality Air. Lee is honest, intelligent and professional about his work and the work he produces for the customer. I called him annul because he sees things that need to be correct or fixed that no one else would think would be a problem, but once he takes care of it you notice the difference. He surrounds himself with honest and hard working people. I will not call on anyone else HVAC work again. Neither should you!

I would definitely recommend James Quality Air to anyone looking for a hard working and honest company. Lee was great and answered any question in full detail and made sure I was getting my money's worth. I wanted to brag on the type of customer care they give... I was without air and he couldn't get to me until the next morning, so his wife, christen, brought me a window unit to get me through... I've never received service like this. They are great!

Couldn’t give zero stars so will settle for 1 star. Worst contractor ever - have used multiple times on different jobs because of low pricing, hoping the service would have to get better….never did. Get what you pay for with Lee James.
