    Jim did a major renovation for us, taking off an old screen porch and replacing it with a four season room (on a slab); re-roofing the back part of the house; putting a new bathroom in; and redoing our kitchen. The work was very well done and on schedule. Among other things, they had to remove a stairway and jackup the floor on the kitchen. Jim works one project at a time, so he was there almost every day; he began in late May and said he would be done in September, and the project was finished mid-September.

    Excellent work.
