We gave Jim $3,500 in April 2017 to hold our spot for Fall 2017. He managed to put a gas line in to convert our stove from electric to gas. December came and he told us he wouldn't be able to start for another 2 months. In August he told us, another couple weeks, another couple weeks. We finally asked him to return our money along with paid invoices for the work that he had done. He sent us $500 and no invoices. So he stole at least $2,000 of our money assuming the gas line cost $1000.

Jim Ridgway has done construction/handyman work for me for over 30 years. with my several moves. His work is always TOP notch. A very fussy craftsman. It's just hard to find someone with his experience who does very good work at a very fair price. He never disappoints!!! Hire with confidence. Well worth the money. He said his Dad was also a contractor/handyman.
