Very unprofessional and unreliable. Wants to be paid upfront in the full amount, in cash. Then half the time he doesn’t show up at the appointed time, without any explanation. Doesn’t answer phone calls, let alone return them. Ignores text messages. When he finally does show up, after having to hunt him down for weeks, he only does half the job, and then disappears again. While installing lights in our new bathroom, he messed something up with the wiring in the adjoining room, and he never fixed that. Said it was no big deal, but he never came back to fix it. And of course he doesn’t answer or return my calls.
