  Install a generator transfer switch

  Jim Casper is probably a good electrician. However, he is an incredibly poor planner with absolutely terrible customer service. I hired him to install a new transfer switch to be mounted outside. He was sent detailed information about the equupment, including from the manufacturer, yet still did not understand what the job was. He promised a date that he would do the work on but did not show up. In fact, he never called, texted, or emailed. He called 3 weeks later to reschedule. He eventually showed up, 3 months after being contracted, and did half of the job because he didn't understand what was to be done. Promised me that he would be back to finish 4 days later then never showed or called. After four and a half months of not having a usable switch for my generator, I hired someone else who came in less than a week.
  Casper also expected me to pay his apprentice (son) who was not part of the deal. After this whole ordeal, he had the nerve to threaten my wife on Facebook about being paid when he never billed or invoiced us for the meager work done.
  This is an electrician who is only interested in big commercial jobs. He is unreliable, does not communicate at all, shows up when he wants to, and does poor work, ie: couldn't even mount the transfer switch level. He is incredibly poorly unorganized. I doubt he knows how to use or even acquire bookkeeping software.
