Jim Stevenson built our home on Lake Texoma. He built several houses in our neighborhood, and each one is a structural nightmare, built with no ethical standards. One of our neighbors was so fed up with his substandard home that he actually razed it to the ground and built a new one from scratch. (With a different contractor of course.) Jim Stevenson has no conscience.
