Had low water pressure at kitchen faucet. Westbrook explained what the problem was and had it quickly fixed with water pressure normal. Responded in timely manner. Very pleased.

Very rude. Definitely do not recommend. We woke up Saturday to no hot water due to a broken hot water heater. We contacted our home warranty and were told Westbrook Plumbing would contact us within 24 hours. We assumed they would be closed Sunday, so we waited patiently until Monday. We still had not received a call Monday, so my husband tried to call them. No answer. He called a few more times and finally the guy called back and said he would be in Conway around 10am Tuesday. My husband and I both work, so this time would be difficult for us. He tried to call the guy back to see if we could maybe change the time and received a message saying, "I'm with a customer, we have voicemail for a reason." My husband replied saying he would like to speak with him directly and wanted to make sure it is a real business since he couldn't get in contact with him. The guy responded with, "Well for your information it is! I'm a one man show! I don't have a secretary, I do it all myself! Sorry ya don't respect my business, you have called maybe 10 times today and I called you back, maybe you should call warranty and ask for a different contractor." He was very rude for no reason.

By Denise H.July 7, 2019Sent by American Home to assess my claim$0
I can’t believe he is still in business. Sent out by American Home. Claimed my dead water heater was improperly installed, so the insurance company denied my claim. I have 3 sources that say it isn’t true. Now I have no hot water for over a week while I wait for a claim review. He won’t return my calls. I can’t imagine why he would want to hurt me.

American Home Shield was to send him out to repair my daughters hot water tank which was pouring into her garage on Saturday morning. We called him as intstucted only to get “I don’t work on weekends, turn the water off. I’ll be there sometime on Monday.” Are you kidding me?

By Mr B.March 23, 2018Plumbing repair$100
Westbrook Plumbing was sent to my house by American Home Shield. They were to unstop a toilet and replacing leaking faucets. They did not unstop the toilet and they installed the wrong stems on my faucets. Now the water barely comes out of my faucets. This has been over a month ago and they refuse to call me back or come fix the problems. I would give them no stars if that were an option

I had insufficient hot water it was only lasting 5 minutes. This was on the Hot setting he came out and turned it up to almost very hot setting burnt my 5 year old daughter feet. It still doesn't last long he said nothing is wrong with the hot water heater. If nothing is wrong why did he have to turn it up. Told my wife I didn't turn up both knobs on the heater. It almost on very hot setting now. I am not a plumber but you shouldn't have to turn up your temp to almost very hot to have hot water and it still doesn't last long it is just very hot. Not fixed. Thanks AHS! I need my $100 back. I could have turned it up to very hot I just know you shouldn't have to do that.
