I would not recommend this contractor. We have lived in our brand new, house, for just over two years now, and we have had nothing but problems, in every area, of the house, from pipes bursting the first week to having to replace the well pump, within 2 years, to windows and doors being out of square, the sewer mound having sink holes and effluent coming to the surface, replaced solenoid valve, and TXV sensor on heat pump, electric problems, grout coming out of same tiles, multiple times, gapping in hardwood flooring, fascia coming off side of house and many other problems, too numerous to list. Builder seemed very nice and helpful during most of the building process, but often fell short on promises, and the final product, obviously leaves much to be desired.

Bought a backhoe off of James. I drove 4 hours to get the machine. The price was right but when I got to his business the backhoe had flat tires and the right brake was froze up. In his ad he said he ran it out of fuel and didn't want mess with it. That was the only problem with the machine.
Brought the machine home and inspected it more and I found the hoe had a crack in the right frame of the machine which was held by a chain. I will have to weld it. But when loading it he said he would push it on the trailer from is ad. Nothing was there to load it so we had to try a winch. After 2 hours James left me and I called a tow truck to load it, which cost me more money. The guy is a scam artist and I would not recommend him. He said he was a very honest Guy. Well I don't know about that. 4 hours later I got the machine loaded. Haven't tore into it yet but I hope I can get the machine started and fixed or I have a piece of scrap metal. Stay away
