Totally disappointed!! I've hire Jamesray Baker contraction on 3 occasions to replaces sections of fence. I was please the first two times. The third time, the job was sufficient, however the fence debris was not hauled off and left on the curb for trash pick-up. The pervious 2 time, the debris was hauled off.
After contacting Jamesray Baker contraction 2 times asking them to come pick up the debris of the curb, their response left me believing they would come by.
The third time I contacted Jamesray Baker contraction, James stated he never decide to haul off the old fence. This decision not to haul off was not divulged to me ahead of time. Furthermore, he said we all have bulk pick up. The trash pick left a note with the guidelines necessary for them to pick up the fence.
For the trach pick up to haul off, the fence must be cut in 4ft lengths. At least Jamesray Baker contraction should have cut the fence into 4ft lengths since they decided to not haul off. I'm a single lady and there is a lot that I will do!! I do not have the equipment to cut the fence into 4ft lengths .
After all of this James sends a text with a paper coy invoice stating, see haul-off? Company Police of $95 dump fee. Don’t see it on your quote.
This “Dump Fee” was not listed on the 2-prior invoices.
I have terminated the business relationship.
