This gentleman took me for a ride for over $100,000 loss. He befriended me as though I was his lost found son. He is a sweet talker! Don't trust him. His scam is to require 1/3 at signing, 1/3 at starting and the last 1/3 upon completion. He talked me into adding project after project without completing prior ones so that he was always getting 2/3rd's before doing a whole lot of work. I was gullible and got taken! Nothing was getting completed so I had to tell him to leave. He refused to refund any money. He changed all his cell phones so I was unable to reach him and I doubt if he had much equity that I could recover even if I spent the money to take him to court. Mine was the permit at 96 Webster St. E. Boston
