I hired Jame Winters to perform several large projects including some design work. He took his time getting started but after starting the first remodel he did a wonderful job. Since then he has successfully finished 2 more and plan on using his company again.

We hired Jame winters with JT ENTERPRISES in November 2010 to complete a roofing system as well as gutters and downspouts. We also had him redo our kitchen and the half bath using various materials that me and my wife picked out.Jame and his crew were totally professional and did a wonderful job down to the smallest detail. Me and my wife were so happy with the outcome that we will be using them again soon as we will be adding on to our home this fall. We see the other posting here and cant believe that anyone would say such things about him or the company. We have written for Jame a letter of reference and would be willing to speak with anyone who doubts his ability.

I hired Jamie Winters (JT Enterprises) in September '09 to paint, install gutters, replace doors, install Hydro-Seal and perform
other jobs on my house. The job was about 50% done and I'd given him the total amount for the job ($4331.00 ).
Through badgering and intimidation I reluctantly gave him the money thinking I could trust him. He was not seen or heard
from after final payment. That was Oct. 14, 2009. I filed a report with BBB November 9, 2009 and haven't had any luck.
Other contacts have been Steven Holmes with Port Wentworth PD and Brian Girardeau with Effingham Sheriff
Dept. Finally, a civil claim was filed with Chatham County Magistrate Court on Dec. 7, 2009.
From police officer reports (Steven Holmes/PWPD) and several of Jamie's victims, Jamie has apparently been in
trouble before due to his swindling/scamming activities.
I took Jamie to court April 14, 2010 and won judgement against him. Haven't been able to recover money. Don't have much
info on him. Magistrate court will do little to help. It is up to me to find out liens, property owned, bank accounts, etc.

There are contractors and "guys with trucks". Jame' L. Winters is one of the latter. I had no damage to my home before I hired him to replace my roof. He told me I was "next" after he finished two other metal roofs near my home (April, 2016). I gave him deposit in June, 2016. He said he'd have the roof completed while I was on vacation (June 29-July 10, 2016). I gave him the balance so he could pay his "crew" not realizing he did not have one as he told me he did. The excuses for not coming occurred from when I returned from vacation and for 15 long months following. Everything from deaths to family members, apartment building burning down (with only hard copy of contract), illnesses, he wanted to take a break from roofs, he had to get certified or he wouldn't be able to till next year, he had heat rash and it went on and on. He had my roof edge removed in 2016 which caused damages to my home (water coming in window casements, ruining the fascia on the house) and left it that way for months. Then he put black fabric on the roof which turned brown and blew off due to the length of time it was on. Tarps were put all over the roof numerous times but damages were still occurring. Hurricane Matthew came and 3 rooms in my home were damaged. Hurricane Irma came and 3 more rooms in my home were damaged. I have mold in my bathroom. I watched water dripping from the casement in my Master bedroom. I received a judgement from the city because he left material and boxes in front of my house. I I told him to move them - he did to my driveway. Before Irma he said he'd return the next day to get metal out of my driveway. He never returned and I have never seen him since that day. The insurance adjuster went to my attic and took a picture of the clouds - Jame' Winters had not replaced the ridge cap on my roof and there was a 2" gap that let rain in during Irma. After this occurred I hired another roofer and heard about the many mistakes from other contractors and an insurance adjuster that he had already made on my roof. I certainly did not trust anything he did. As added information, during this year I have met and spoken with another widow that is going through the same exact scam from Port Royal, SC. He did exactly the same thing to her but her ordeal started in December, 2016. Removing roof edge, putting on black fabric and tarps. She also has hired another roofer. We both have to pay for another roof to be put on. It's been hell going through but I'm happy that he's no longer on my property. I'm going to the Magistrate of both SC and GA and I have more information about the man then the gentleman in 2009. He's been running a scam for years and needs to be stopped. He is now doing business as Integrated Design Solutions, LLC.
