Home owners beware!! Jamin robbed me! He told me I had to pay him half the labor upfront to even get on to his schedule, plus the cost of materials. I did. After that he gave me a start date that he only kept pushing more and more back. When I got upset that it was going to be almost 1 month after I gave him the money I asked for my money back he said he would come down and start the work right away. He came the next day and ripped out my bathroom shower, vanity, and toilet like he said he would. He told me how easy and quick that would be for him and only take a couple of hours he said. After everything was out he pushed back yet again, the day that he was going to come back to start the rebuild process. He claimed that he spent all of my money for materials plus some of his own so he demanded I gave him more money. When he sent me a copy of the receipt I saw that he had went ahead and bought himself things as well, but wanted me to reimburse him for the complete total. When I told him that I was not going to give him any more money until he came back and actually did some work, he got so upset with me! Started cursing me out, calling me names and even told me I was stupid!! You name it, he said it!! I tried to come to some kind of resolution knowing I had already given him $700 to come out 2 times for only 2 hours each time and I did NOT want to end up with an incomplete bathroom, torn apart AND lose my money at the same time. He went on to call me names and told me that he was not going to give me my money back because he had put time and his gas into this job, nor was he going to finish the work! So now I am being told that gas AND an hourly wage is required ON TOP of the quote for the job he had given me in the first place!!! We ended up having no resolution and me getting NONE of my money back. He left me with a restroom with only 2x4's and plywood and $700 in the hole!! Harrased and disrespected me to the extreme and called me every name in the book! Very unprofessional and disrespectful!! Oh yeah, as if insulting me wasn't enough, he bashed my home and restroom also! Claiming he "ruined" gloves and his own stuff while "working" on my "nasty ass bathroom" so this is why he needed me to pay for replacing them. This guy is bad for business!! Home owners beware!! Of all the $150 from the Home Depot receipt only $62 of material was left in my garage for the job... where is the other $88 worth that I paid for??? Probably in his trailer with the rest of the material he charges people for and keeps! Look somewhere else guys!! This guy is bad news!!
