Alan Dean Janda showed up provided a quote and continued to claim project will be done nothing has been started. (contract date 1/27/2017). I have requested a refund of deposit and he refuses. Terrible communication, reliability and no professionalism.

Stay away from any contracting jobs with Dean Janda, he will promise the world and deliver nothing. He will take your money then good luck seeing him ever again unless he wants additional money for something he has not completed. He will hire day workers then disappear, he can not be trusted no matter how small a job.
