I would highly recommend Janoe’s Construction. They do not great work! I am so impressed with a job well done!!

I have used Jared on numerous projects and the quality of work has been outstanding. From complete remodels to new roofs to minor repairs. As a real estate agent it is imperative that I have contractors that I can depend on.

I selected Janoes Construction to replace my shingle roof and 3-metal patio roofs. They said it would take 4-5 days but I had to constantly call them to get them out to finish the job over 2-weeks. 1.) They damaged stucco when installing and will not repair unless I pay they more money. 2.) They installed untreated wood and will not paint it unless I pay them more money. 3.) They will not caulk along the new roof tiles along the shed unless I pay more money. I sent the owner pictures multiple times and have all the communications and documentation. I would not recommend Janoes Construction.

Jared Jonoe replaced our roof after few months ago. It had been damaged by hail. He did what he said he would do, did it on time, and did it for the agreed upon price - i.e., no surprise extra costs. The quality of his work looks good and he made it a point that if any problems arise, which they have not, he will promptly address. Jared understood the funds for the roof repair where coming from an insurance company; he is familiar with and worked well with this process - e.g., pointed out errors in insurance company's repair estimate and was patience with waiting for payment of funds that were coming from the insurer. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Owner Jared Janoe of Janoes Construction LLC, from the first introductory visit to the last walk-through and sign-off. You could not possibly offer better, more responsive, sensitive service to your customers. I was kept informed every step of the way. My questions and concerns were answered. I had a single change associated with the discovery of damage in the roof system. The crew were able to perform and complete the work on schedule for the agreed upon price and they did not need another crew or to reschedule. I was also impressed by the crew’s attention to safety, organization and clean-up. The clean-up crew went out of their way to clean the area. Had my tile roof redone on last part of Dec. 2017 in S. Chandler. Very satisfied with the work done. They kept me informed of the conditions as needed. The workers were very experienced and dependable. Cleaned up before leaving each day. I would highly recommend Janoes Construction LLC for your roofing needs. The final bill was exactly as estimated. No surprises. The Best roofers in my book!!
