I hired JAP Construction LLC, which they changed their name from JAP home solutions to build my house in Mclean, VA. They pretend that they build new houses in VA and showed one house in Vienna VA.They do only renovation projects in DC. They don't have any prior experience in Virginia and they just got their temporary license after negotiating the contract with me. They don't have proper experience while planning the project and miss all the dead lines. They are running 4 months behind the dead lines and working on the project without any project manager on site. These are some of the violations and issues with JAP. JAAP Construction LLC pulled the permit through *** ******** *** company and wrote a contract on JAP Construction LLC. JAP started negotiating the contract and entered this contract without having a valid Virginia contractor’s license. They worked for almost 7 months with out much progress. I paid lot of amount for the concrete work and he didn't even finish 70% of the. They took money from me and didn't pay their subs and suppliers
