Does not complete projects as required and promised. Disputes with engineers, municipalities, and customers wind up in legal battles for completion. Builds a nice home, but as soon as the last home is built, they walk away from the projects with their money from their customers, only to leave the site improvements incomplete as designed and sold to their home buyers and designed in the master plan to the municipalities. When home buyers and the municipalities attempt to resolve these issues with JAR, we are told to contact JAR Builders attorney.We the residents of Hidden Ponds I and II would not and can not in good conscience recommend Joseph Raguso or JAR Builders to any other future homeowners for these reasons.
