Jared did build a 12ft x 16ft deck for us 2 years ago, he did pull a permit that was filed with our town (Milton, MA) but I don't know if we still have a copy of it hanging around. He did a great job, was very fair with his pricing, very knowledgeable with the material/products that we had for options. It wasn't a major project but he started and finished it when he said he would.
Jared and his company came to me as a referral from a friend/neighbor of mine who had a major renovation completed by Jared. Their project was to move a central staircase and extend the back of their house out to make room for a new and much large kitchen and half bath along with a very large deck off the kitchen. Everything came out great and my friends as are we seem to be very happy with the project that Jared completed for them.
I would certainly recommend him to anyone else, and since he'd did our deck he's been the first contractor I've asked to do a couple of other projects but he's been super busy and the timeframes never worked out for what we needed.
