They are doing a major roof replacement in my townhouse complex. They sub-contract all the work to unskilled laborers. My roof had to be re-done several times due to mistakes. They leave a mess and take shortcuts and don’t care at all about how much they inconvenience the residents of the development.

They were contracted to work a big condo roof replacement project. They left my condo with 4 holes in my living room ceiling, claiming they were normal nail pops. The property mgr at the condo stated they were not technically nail pops (nail pops do not break through the drywall and create a hole). These guys broke through my ceiling in 4 spots all in a direct line on my ceiling and have not accepted responsibility/accountability for handling the damage to my home.

if only I could leave zero stars. They subcontracted out for my condo building and did not actually supervise the work. There was debris literally everywhere and there were times both doors were completely blocked. I had to notify both the township and fire department about their lack of safety as well as how poor the conditions were overall. When I went into my attic there were pieces of wood everywhere, the bathroom vent hose was ripped in half (on top of my bathroom vent having been stepped and on now dangling from the ceiling), and the baffles were tossed towards the their correct location but not actually installed. That was another call complete with photos to the township before an inspector came out and told them to fix it. Sloppy, lazy work. Zero accountability or pride in their craft, and the representatives on site are also rude and nasty when you dare to question them. Complete rip off and terrible human beings to boot.
