Anthony and his crew completed a roofing job for me in August of 2020. They weren't aware they needed a permit for the process but the job was quickly flagged. They said they had permitting handled but never actually got a permit. 9 months later I got a Violation letter from the County- they said they would deal with it but after two more months of back and forth they are no longer returning my calls or texts leaving me to resolve the issue myself. Highly unprofessional. I've been in contact with the county and found someone myself that can help them fill out the permit but still they are not contacting me. The job did leak with the first rain (maybe something an inspector might have caught) but Anthony, while first asking for $800 to fix the issue, realized his mistake and fixed it for free. Anthony was nice and easy to work with but clearly him and his boss, Jarrod Holbert, are not the most reliable when it comes to proper permitting or communication.
