Kenneth Woods stole over $30,000 paid to him for work on a home in Orange New Jersey. The contracted work was either not done and what little work that was done to mask his intentions was shoddy and needs to be done over. A report was made with the Orange Police Department and Code Enforcement for the City of Orange.
