We had hired Jason Rice for two projects in the past and he did excellent work; however, our recent experience has been just the opposite. We are in the midst of either having the Pennsylvania Attorney General investigate his overcharging, failure to complete the contract and very inferior unprofessional work along with not telling the truth.
I should note that this rating is meaningless because he is unlicensed according to the Pa Atty General's website under the number presented above. Poor workmanship, took money and quit, overran schedule, and charged us more than original quote....worked only a few hours a day and had too many other jobs going at the same time.
