Jason installed my heat pump in 2016, and it never worked, not even one day. We called him numerous times to complain and he came back briefly and said the heat pump didn’t work because my house was too old and didn’t have the proper venting system for it. But before we signed the contract, he checked my house and said everything was good. He never refunded my money and just disappeared. Back then we didn’t know that we could report him to BBB or to sue him. I just hope that my bad experience would at least warn others to choose contractors wisely.
