We used Lavoie for a fairly large job involving both plumbing and heating removal and reinstallation. It would be hard to imagine a worse (or more costly) experience than the one we had. On the first day that the kitchen sink was installed, it leaked. One of the toilets was not properly vented and bubbles/spouts water when another toilet is flushed elsewhere in the house. A tank for the water supply was installed improperly rendering one valve handle inoperable. Our heat pump did not work once reinstalled; when Lavoie was asked to fix it, they came, did the absolute minimum, and tried to charge an eye-watering amount to make it right (and, surprise to no one: the heat pump was not properly diagnosed or fixed). When the owner was alerted to a few of these challenges, he immediately resorted to aggressive threats of legal action. As a result, we've paid thousands of dollars to another plumber fix the poor quality work of this company.

Jason is totally unprofessional and never follows through on what he said he was going to do. Do not use this company you will be sorry.

Unprofessional, rude and does not clean up a job site before leaving.
Do not hire price is never worth the compromise of quality work.

I had punched a nail thru our hot water heat pipe. It was on the weekend; so I put a screw in to stop it. Called and Jason's crew came on Monday. Repaired it , but left a little mess and left thermostat at 84 when they left. Days later the solder joint to the left of repair leaked (not their fault) they came back and fixed. 2 wks after 1st visit it starting leaking about 3" to the right of 1st repair where the exposed pipe had a greenish color on pipe. They should of checked condition of pipe on 1st visit which would of saved coming back the 3rd time. Also they pulled the backing plate for the baseboard heat away from wall which wasn't anyway near the leak. My wife called and talked to his office person and suddenly Jason interrupts and wouldn't let my wife explain. Very condescending attitude and very rude. No people skills. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEVER USING THEM. He has no respect for people. Others feel he is very opinionated
