I would not recommend this contractor. He was the GC on a home I purchased that he flipped. 5 months later I an still having issues and missing things that we had agreed upon before the purchase. We went under contract for ~3 months. However, little to no work was done until the month leading up to closing which lead to them still doing work after we had closed. This speed lead to many mistakes because sub contractors were rushing. 5 months after we are still trying to get this to fix issues that have come up and put things in the kitchen that were agreed upon.
