    To my understanding Jav is subcontracted by Roubion, I believe Kevin is the project manager. They came out to do some repairs to problems that occurred after elevating my home. I was pleased with the work they did as far as repairing my steps and restuccoing the areas damaged. However I am still waiting on them to return to repair my flooring. They removed the old and broken porcelain tiles, they never return to complete the work. I am aware that it’s not on your company, but it’s a bad reflection on your company because it’s affiliated with Roubion. It’s been almost 3 weeks and no one has come back or called regarding completing the work. About 2 weeks ago I called Roubion to get the name of the young man who’s representing your company and Sally told me they are not suppose to give that information on contractor working for them. Justin got on the phone and told me they were going to have a meeting on that Wednesday and I would get a call on Thursday, never receive a call nor did anyone come by. I’ve been staying home waiting. From the beginning of this project I have never gotten a call from the project manager or the Foremen with day or time they would be coming to do the work on my home. I’ve been staying home so that if they come I would be here to let them in. This has inconvenience me tremendously because I canceled appointments for fear that I might miss them. It’s very frustrating for my husband and I because we’ve been trying to get Roubion to come out and do these repairs since 2019. I have no problems with your workers work. They did a great job! But as they say we are guilty by the company we work for. Thank you for reading my frustration. Patricia Morton
