I hired Javier Vasquez plastering to replace the exterior wood siding on the entirety of my home with stucco. He did a phenomenal job with an incredible crew of workers. He explained the process prior to starting work so that I understood the process, and he finished the work within the timeframe that was given me. Javier went out of his way to make sure that I had exactly what I wanted done to the exterior of the house...Including traveling to make sure I had the color that I wanted for the finish. His crew was knowledgeable, and considerate, and they left their work areas clean and tidy. My neighbors were extremely surprised at how quickly and quietly they completed each part of the job. My house looks like a brand new house and I could not be happier. I highly recommend Javier Vasquez plastering, and I Definitely will use them for any future projects.

I used Javier Vasquez Plastering to stucco my two storied 2700 sq ft home. There were a lot of dry rot issues in my house. He gave me the estimate and date of job commencement right away. I also got quotes from at least 6 other stucco companies and his quote was the most reasonable among all of them. I did extensive research on Javier Vasquez Plastering before finalizing on using him for my project. He has more than 23 years of experience in this field. Javier has all types of professional workers working with him. First he removed and fixed the dry rot, which was performed with great care. That job was really important for me. During that time, he also replaced couple of windows for us. Once all the dry rot was fixed, the lathing process started. The guys were fast and professional. The count inspection passed the very first time. Then he finished the first coat of Stucco in one day. We had over 7 people working in the house on that day. The he let the first coat to settle for a week. In the mean time he installed all the pop outs around the doors and windows. Then he completed the finish coat. The work was excellent and of high quality. He only used industry standard materials for this work. Javier and his team was meticulous and professional and fast. The whole project started on 8/29/2022 and ended on 10/6/2022. This was the fastest stucco completion in my neighborhood. All my neighbors gave extremely good comments regarding the work. They finished the project on time and with topnotch quality. I would hire him again if I need any work. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to give information to anybody who is asking for reference.
