as of 2/2022, Javi's license has expired. We hired Javi's Construction that includes owners, Javier Enrique Valencia Paz, Martha Quezada (mother) David Quezada (husband). They never showed up when they said they would, when they did work, it was below standard, poor quality, no regard for their customer's property. They were the most unprofessional I've ever seen, even the referral source was shocked at their poor work quality. They try to get more money, take high then needed deposits, bring a drug addict to do work on our property, say they use deposits for our materials, but don't. Materials used were not agreed upon and not appropriate for the job and origin was questioned and under investigation. Only receipts for one product. They used nails where they should have used screws, they didn't use proper industry standard hardware, tried to cut corners at every turn, didn't use proper measurements. Most times they had to use our tape measure! They didn't get a permit, they played games with our materials and finally returned them and abandoned the job by saying they "now" can't finish for 2-3 months, glad that happened. We were able to trash their attempt and get a proper deck with a professional. Expensive lesson learned. They seriously put the CON in construction.
