Called for estimate on bathroom addition. Wasn't professional. Was evasive on answering questions about remodeling , if he was licensed and bonded. Told me i need to do my research. I replied i will let people know about our conversation. Then he calls and leaves a threatening defamation of character message on my voicemail. Everybody if you have projects for your home that need done i would not trust this guy. Too many contractors ripping people off !! Only deal with owners that encourage you to check them out and not threaten you !!!

Working with Jaxon Scanlon Construction was an extremely disappointing experience. The project took nearly twice as long as originally quoted, with no explanation given for the delays. This resulted in us having to rent another place to live for an additional three weeks beyond the originally agreed upon timeline. When the work was finally completed, the quality was shockingly poor—sloppy, rushed, and nowhere near the standard we were promised.
To make matters worse, when we raised concerns, Jack dismissed us and even condescended to us, implying that our project was “small time” because it was “only” $42,000. We reached out multiple times to address these issues and give Jack the opportunity to make things right. Instead of standing behind his work, he completely ghosted us and ignored our concerns.
Contractors should be accountable for their timelines, craftsmanship, and professionalism. Unfortunately, Jaxon Scanlon Construction failed on all three fronts. I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring him—save yourself the stress, frustration, and wasted money.
