This guy will rip you off!!! My regular plumber was booked so another plumber gave me Jay's number. I needed an old flange replaced. He was at my rental for less than 30 minutes (I timed it) and mixed some cement and put it around a pipe. He wanted $250 and I paid because I thought he had installed the flange (which another plumber told me was not the right kind). This guy charges $250 for putting some cement around a pipe???!!! I think he is dishonest and incompetent. I tried to get him to reconsider and work something out because he didn't do any plumbing at all, but he was completely inflexible. Stay away from this guy!!
