Jay Fencing Services

We had an EXCELLENT experience with Jay Fences of Saint Cloud, FL. I contracted with this Licensed and Insured Contractor on behalf on my elderly sister to replace an existing pressure treated fence and double gate. Thiis was a relatively small contract as fences go, yet this well organized, and highly recommended contractor treated us like this was the most important project of the year! He gave us a solid written estimate, a firm start date (depending on weather) and completion date, and a promise to use the best materials available. He also was including complete removal and proper off-site disposal of the existing fence and gate, including ALL underground wood and concrete materials. As a retired Genral Contractor, I have to say this was one of the most trouble-free project of any size of type I have ever been involved with! As with most small contracts, we paid Mr. Sanchez a 50% deposit, and then watched him go! He kept in contact with me, and on his promised start date, he arrived early with a long trailer stocked with the replacement materials and equipment. He and his talented crew set about dismantling and removing the old fence, including underground concrete, and took it to the landfill. At the same time, the 4 xx 4 fence posts were being installed in concrete, lined, leveled, and in a beautiful straight line. By the end of the second day, the new fence was finished, complete with a stout brand new heavy-duty double gate. After final inspections, this gentleman contractor was gratefully paid the balance of his money with a huge "Thank you" and a good firm handshake between two men. We couldn't possibly be happier !
