We hired John “Jay” Gramlick as a contractor for work on our home. Unfortunately, the work we paid for was not completed.
We filed a civil complaint in Delaware County, PA. On September 15, 2025, the Magisterial District Judge entered judgment in our favor, awarding us $1,500. The official docket sheet (publicly available) reflects this outcome.
Because of this experience, we cannot recommend Mr. Gramlick’s services.
