Jay M. Andersen was hired to put in 3 new windows, lay 500sq.ft. of new flooring, install new case and apron molding, sills, jambs extensions for 6 windows. He took $1250.00 for windows and we never received them. He never finished the job. The only thing he started and didn't complete was the floor. As of January 2015 he was not certified with AG office as required by law. He never returned the monies owed.
