I wish I could give "Mike" and his company less than 1 star, but then I could not give you this warning. He came out to take measurements at the beginning of 2021. That is not a typo. This review is being written in May of 2023 and despite tendering a deposit of over $2500 over a year ago, we STILL don't have a fence. When we first measured our yard, we had a drainage issue that we fixed within two months. We notified him the issue had been fixed and we were ready to build. We sent a deposit, and waited and waited and waited for Mike to tell us when he'd be out to install our fence. By the time he did reach back out, it was the height of construction and the price of materials had increased significantly. That caused the price of our fence to increase many thousands of dollars. We told him we'd like to wait until costs decreased and checked in with him once every 3-4 months until costs were more in line with what we were originally quoted. From October 2022 until March 2023, Mike PROMISED eight times he would be out to start our project. Eight different times he failed to show. Not only did he fail to show, but he didn't even bother to call. We would have to reach out multiple times just to hear a lame excuse and another lie about when he planned to come out and do the work. Now true, rain has been an issue in GA, but rain does not cause the phone to stop working. The last time he promised to start our project he stated, "I promise. I'll either start your project on Wednesday or give you your refund in cash on Wednesday." I text on Monday that week to confirm his plans, and I guess this bothered him cause he said he'd just bring the money. As a business man, that's his prerogative to take or refuse business, but there it was, the first week in May, and we had just gotten our money back. He only returned it because I found out his legal name is Jaycee Casselberry and had to threaten to press felony theft charges against him. Please save yourself the headache and find another contractor. His work MIGHT look good, but it surely isn't worth it.
