    Add on a second floor and build a garage with apartment above

    Zero stars was not a choice here. But that is what she deserves. She does not have any licenses in El Paso currently as she has defaulted on insurances and the like. She scammed us, only ever having a sub contractor remove a carport and finish demolition of a sunroom. However, even for that work, she never paid the sun and we had to pay him to avoid a lien on the house. We stopped a successful VRBO to start the remodel, demo-ing the interior in preparation for the work she was to do. The house now sits torn apart and unusable. She took an unimaginable amount of money we thought was going towards supplies and planning and permits. None of this happened. Do not hire her for work.
    She is currently facing four felonies for theft for similar cases, our case has yet to be filed. This breaks my heart, I taught her when she was in Middle School and so wanted to support her business. She will have many excuses and illnesses to keep things delayed. Do not believe her.

    We hired JoAT (Erica) in April of 2021 for some hail damage repairs. We signed over the $8,900 check to her in 2021. We were going through a refinance to update and remodel our home, so Erica was “holding” the funds until our refinance was finished. My husband was hospitalized with COVID and was out of work for 4 months, so the refi did not go through until March 2022. We then contacted Erica again and officially hired her for the hail repairs, an HVAC update (furnace and AC), tankless water heater update, and a small addition to our home. We gave her an additional $32,000 as a deposit. She has done NO work what so ever. She has not shown proof of the soil samples she supposedly sent out in May of 2022. Every time we speak with her there are only excuses. It is now mid-December 2022, and our very old furnace has gone down. We have been without heat for a week and still no work has been done by Erica. I am just SO disappointed in her. She was at my home when I went into labor, she has met our family several times… I don’t understand how a person can be so dishonest to a family who CLEARLY does not have $40,000 just laying around. DO NOT HIRE Jayne of All Trades!!!!

    Window Install, Window Trim and Stucco Repair and Installation of a heat pump and upgraded electrica

    Erica Johnson, owner of Jayne of All Trades has stolen $32,000 from us for work she NEVER even started. We hired her in August of 2020 to replace 15 windows, repair window frames, repair stucco work, and install a heat pump. She used all the excuses, including COVID and broken supply chains, as to why our windows weren't in, why she couldn't start work, etc. This woman is running a scam operation! She is a con. Don't give her down payments for work because she won't ever do it.

    I reached out to Jayne of All Trades in early January 2019 for some renovation and repair work in Park County. I was told that they would be able to do the project after providing the insurance paperwork and estimate. I scheduled a meeting with a representative at the property (Approx 1:45 from where I live) and traveled to meet the representative. After taking a day from work to travel and meet at the property, I received a text that they would not be able to make it that day, but would be available the next day. I was unable to meet the next day, so I scheduled for them to come when they could. After repeated follow ups as to the status of a visit to the property and an estimate on repairs and time frame, there has still not been anyone who has visited the project and provided an estimate. Follow up correspondence have been met with "I need to get there with my plumber" and "I will get an estimate to you by the end of the week" (Two weeks have passed, no estimate). After missing a whole day of work, repeated emails, and spending almost two months waiting, nothing. Waste of time. Would not do business with again, and would not recommend.

    The owner of the company Jayne of All Trades Inc. is amazing. The roofers (shingle) that she has employed are very reliable and they do great work. Other contractors that were involved, not so much. The gutter work that was done was sub par, the painters were horrible and the metal roofers. Well my husband should've of repaired the metal roof on the gazebo instead of having them do it. I think Jayne of All Trades Inc. needs to find better contractors. It will hurt her in the end which is too bad because she is an amazing lady.
