JB concrete removed BBQ brick incinerator and poured concrete slab for new shop, created a ramp for parking space also poured concrete to asphalt to alley for driveway. The dirt they took out from the alley was left on property, they also left old concrete and trash on top of my river rock called Joe to let him know that this was done and he denied that this was done. On top of all this they will not provide an invoice for work completed, when I asked for one I was told that one had already been sent, I stated to them that I neve received it and if they can please resend it.... that was a few weeks ago and till this date I have not yet received it. This contractor was very difficult to deal with and would not recommend to anyone. I Should of seen the red flag when he asked me to pay him in cash, I ended up writing a check for $2,400 and $600 in cash cause Joe said he needed the cash so that he can pay his helper.
