    Unethical dishonest contractor

    This contractor is dishonest and a crook. He was paid in full for building out a bakery, Confexion Cupcakes & Cakes located in Woodland Hill Westfield mall Topanga. Even though he was paid in full he did not pay any of his subcontractors and has pocketed all the money. This has caused mechanic liens intended on the property which can lead to many lawsuits. Confexion has file a complaint to the California Contractors Licensing Board and they will be investigating and removing JB Constructions license. Confexion has also filed for their insurance bond and plan to file multiple law suits again JB Construction and their owner Jake Burns. This company is horrible a disaster.
