    ZERO Stars. I had new concrete poured in my backyard, courtyard and driveway. JB Pools completely messed up the stain and had to grind the top layer of my beautiful new concrete. It looked terrible in the end. In addition, when they jacked up the old concrete and pulled the wire to my ground lighting to one side, they poured the concrete without laying the wire back. It took over 3 years for them to finally come and run conduit under the concrete to repair my lights. They had to dig a trench in order to get the conduit under the concrete. Jesse (JB Pools owner) said the he would come back the following day to cover the trench with the decorative rock that was there prior. I have tried for 5 months, but he won't return phone calls or texts.

    regarding the pool remodel, JB Pools remodeled the spillway from my spa to the pool. The top layer cracked off in the first year. It took almost a year after my phone call for them to come out and fix the problem. Unfortunately, when they replaced the top layer, it was not level, so water poured mostly out of one side. I complained and they came out after close to 10 months to fix the problem. Again, unfortunately, instead of fixing the problem, JB Pools made the problem worse. Now water does not even come over 1/3 of the spillway.

    I have complained for almost another year. They won't return phone calls or text messages.

    DO NOT use JB Pools!! Terrible contractor.
