Absolute stressful and nightmare working with this company. Deadlines not met, lies upon lies. I don’t want other clients to have to go through this. It has been a year and I had to message every day to finally get work done. Contractor only showed up a handful of times and I knew it was time to cut our losses when the plumbing looked like a maze and not even dug in 3 inches from surface. I have no idea how the city of Laredo can continue to let this individual build pools. Asked for remaining equipment to offset the cost of going with a professional to complete project and of course did not deliver anything. Wanted to go to small claims court but it looks like nothing gets done. I should have read the reviews beforehand.

UNFORTUNATELY POOL BUSTERS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE!! I DON'T recommend this company to anyone. Looking at the rest of the reviews it has. It's basically the same problem we have with them inconsistently, unprofessional inaccuracies.
It's been 1YEAR and it's still not ready. I was told by julio it would take 3months so that's a huge difference between 3 months and over 1 year and still not done with the plumbing.I've never had to give a bad review on any company but julio and his company Doesn't even deserve my 1 star for doing HALF JOB and still having the audacity of telling me that my pool is done when the plumbing isn't even ready. I wonder how much more will this nightmare go on for. I personally am going to FIRING JULIO.

Their work is amazing, yes at times things can take a little bit longer than expected but overall once the work is done rest a sure we have never had any problems. Will always recommend them because the work is great. I did see other reviews before and was hesitant about contacting them but quite honestly reviews are usually customers that can’t be made happy anywhere.Glad I went with them.

This company is trash. Paid thousands of dollars on a a pool remodel project that should have taken 8 weeks. It was a nightmare dealing with them. They wouldn’t show up for weeks, and would only show up when I called him to question the lack of work. Caught him lying on many occasions and after a year of this nightmare, my pool was not even halfway finished. I stopped calling him and he just never showed up again i feel totally ripped off. He didn't have the decency to call me to explain any issues. He just stopped working and abandoned the work site. I had to hire someone else to clean up his mess and even had to undo some of his shoddy work some of which wasnt even up to code!
All of this ended up costing me more money and almost double the initial price. Total scam.

Would never recommend poolbusters to anyone. After I paid for first part as per contract, found out through 1 friend that he has had multiple friends with issues of delay, lies and headaches. They started on my project of breaking deck, redecking and replastering and has been 44 days with no TRUE end in site. They are cheap and when they work, they work good and fast. Just throwing it out there, but if I would have know of there reputation before, i would have paid more to get it done in timely fashion.

They take forever. We have been in process of building a pool for 5 months. He keeps telling us that it will be finished in the next week but never shows up. They don’t show up to work for weeks at a time and when they do show up it’s one day for a few hours. They make big promises but fail to fulfill task. I do not recommend them to anyone.
