I set up more than 5 appointments with Charles. Each time he either forgot to show up or just didn't bother to show up and then I would set up another time for him to come and see the job, and I would wait and wait....And yet again another no show. No call to say he wasn't coming, nothing. He would reschedule with me and then blow me off all over again. I waited until 9 pm tonight the fifth time and then called to see if he had forgotten again but no answer. This was a waste of time and I will move on. I wouldn't trust him to be reliable or competent now anyway.
