I would leave a 0 if I could. JBak came out to service our air conditioner. A few short weeks later the unit was not blowing any cool air. We started another warranty claim and JBak came out again and mentioned that our heat pump unit would need replaced. 2 weeks went by, and we had not heard from JBak. We called 4-6 times, and I personally left 3 voicemails. NO RETURNED CALLS EVER. I ended up reaching out to our warranty company and they had also reached out several times and NO RETURN CALLS. Our warranty company then emailed JBak. We were told by our home warranty company if they did not get a response within 48 hours, they would dispatch out ANOTHER HVAC company. This is AFTER 2 1/2 weeks of no AC. We have my mother-in-law in the home who was hospitalized for a stroke a month and a half ago and was taken back to the ER last week. The heat is getting to her. We have also had to purchase $1,000 worth of window AC's & portable air conditioners to keep our home cool. I would NOT RECOMMEND JBAK HVAC to anyone. They have truly made this process a NIGHTMARE! All on top of VERY HOT temperatures outside and VERY HIGH heat indexes.
JBak you have to do better!
