My experience with jbc experience was top notch .. Josh was very knowledgeable and proficient .. He knew what needed to be done immediately upon explaining to him on what was happening with my house. Can't beieve how young he was .., but I believe age shouldn't matter if you know what your doing ... I'd refer him to anyone.. And thank you for all your hard work

My experience with jbc plumbing was top notch. He understood what needed to be done. And was very knowledgeable.. " josh " is my go to guy now for me. I'm very happy with the work he had done in my home. And will be using him again... Hopefully not to soon though

I loved the job that JBC Plumbing did on my bathroom. I renovated my shower and it was done in a couple of days , way faster than some other companies that estimated it to be done in 4 days. The plumber was very professional and respectful. He was able to answer all my questions without giving me the run around. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a quality,and affordable job well done. They're very well rounded in the services they offer. Thank you JBC Plumbing!

We had hired Joshua B Crail to install the plumbing for the brand new house that we was building, and I have to tell you, he and his crew did an awesome job that I'll be calling him again for the next house that We will build..highly recommended..

I called them for a water heater problem. I was charged $115.18 for the guy to stand in my garage for 20 mins and try to sell me a new one. I understand that my 5 yr old GE water heater is no longer being made and parts might not be available. I asked if the $115 would count toward the installation of a replacement. The answer was no.
He only offered one brand and couldn't give me a precise price. Just a ballpark figure "around $1100 or so". When I asked if they installed any less expensive brands the answer was no. I guess I assumed plumbers could procure and install more than one option.
So basically I paid for about 3 hrs of his time (assuming he makes $38+ an hr) for a 20 min visit. What a rip off.
I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone. Evidently I can't submit this without clicking on at least one star but I wouldn't give them any.
