We hired her to build our house only because she was the only one driving out to our property. Bringing her “dirt-man” to check out moving a ditch and put a lot of dirt before building.
But that was the only time she showed initiative in doing this job.
First 3 months she didn’t follow up with the framers and didn’t prevent all the mistakes to happen.
She blamed everyone else for the mistakes and never took ownership of her responsibility as a contractor.
