The bathtub Jeff installed leaked for months causing black mold on the drywall underneath it. We finally noticed when the drain pipe, held together by a coupling, came apart and water dumped all over my basement. I should mention that Jeff also knicked an electrical wire under the bathtub - luckily an electrician (at our house for a different project) found it the next day or we would have had a much worse problem with the leak. Despite several MORE issues including a scratch on my wood floor, giant holes in the wall from Jeff pulling valves through rather than cleanly replacing water lines, I stupidly decided to give him another chance. Jeff came to fix the leak and the drywall ruined by the leak.. instead of lengthening the drain pipe as needed, he propped up the bottom of it by balancing the trap with a piece of copper on a two-by-four. He didn't want to buy an extra piece of drywall so he piecemealed the wall with miscellaneous pieces of the wrong thickness. I told him I was done - I was writing a bad review, so here it is. I would NEVER recommend Jeff and I suggest you avoid a headache.
