This firm replaced part of a driveway and a sidewalk in our subdivision. They took all of the busted concrete from the existing driveway/sidewalk and dumped it in a vacant lot. Young kids play there all the time so this is just another injury hazard. To me, someone who would intentionally do this has takes no pride in their work. They have been reported to the county code division so we will see what happens. I would give them a zero if I could.
