  Master bath, flooring throughout, new trim throughout and other stuff

  So far not good. It’s now cozy basements. No communication. Demo on master bath they never put up plastic, or covered vents. Left my hvac on and dust all over EVERYTHING. Never offered to pay for clean up when done. Maybe he will. It’s a nightmare. I think they have banged every wall and corner of remodel which also includes main level flooring, trim , wanes coats and stair railings. One day they are here then I don’t see them again. Communication terrible! Just discovered this morning slow leak from toilet they put back in vanity. God help me I think I screwed up. Will wait till completely done to change opinion but so far not good

  Jess is nothing but professional, reliable and consistent. He is a very hands on owner and has an amazing team working for him. I personally have referred him to many friends, family, and co-workers and he has never disappointed, or made me look foolish for referring his work!! Currently I have JBR Flooring helping me best plan and decide on the unfinished part of my basement, and I trust that Jess will make the decisions I am unsure of myself, so I feel completely comfortable leaving it to him, the PROFESSIONAL!!!

  Basement Remodel

  JBR Flooring and Remodel is an excellent and honest remodel company. From start to finish their craftsmanship, followup and communication was impeccable. Jess was a delight to work with, from top to bottom always keeping me in the loop regarding scheduling -- they did a basement remodel for us and a basement finish out for my brother in law and we couldn't be happier. Seriously cannot say enough good things - I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality remodeling company and will definitely use them for all future projects!

  Very Unprofessional, no communication of who is going to come or when, or what is being delivered, uses cheap material and sub-contractors, no one checks their work or cleanup after they are done. Does not abide by the contract or what he promised. Changes things in middle to get more money. He tells me one and tells something else to his sub contractors, Lots of issues through out the project - framing, drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, electric, trim, doors, tile, bath, HVAC, etc. nothing was done right from the beginning and no one checked or fixed on time when told. Many inspections were not approved and did not apply for the COI yet. All he cares about is money, once he gets it he is gone and does not respond. Still having issues which are not fixed yet. Not sure how this company got positive reviews from many people but check google and BBB where there are complaints against him. I would not recommend him/his crew to anyone.

  One of the permits that show on this profile is for my daughter's basement. The basement will not pass inspection. It is failing on structural because JBR (Jess RHinehart) refuses to bring the egress window to code, it is failing on electrical and plumbing because Jess insisted on changing the shower that they wanted into a jetted hydrotub, however the plumbing and electrical will not pass because the tub was never bonded and we are having to rip out newly installed walls and make changes. Arapahoe Counting building department states that there is an electrocution risk that could lead to death. Jess told us if we want him to complete the work, we have to pay extra (he was already paid) and refuses to come up to code even though this is a health and safety issue.
